March 7, 2021
Happy Sunday everyone! Cold, but beautiful day, we’re getting closer with warmer weather on the horizon for later this week. With Spring on the way and recent news with COVID vaccinations and other COVID related updates one can easily feel slightly optimistic towards increased normalcy. However, now is not the time to let our guard down with basic safety requirements as where we are now is testament to all the hard work we have done to maintain our school model. Your efforts to help keep SHS safe and allow us in person learning, Athletics and Extracurricular Activities is appreciated. Keep doing your part!
The next few weeks will begin competition for our Fall 2 Athletic Season as well exciting information regarding a Spring Musical Production and Carnival Ball. Stay tuned!
As always students, please communicate with your teachers and utilize the Extended Afternoon Sessions to schedule any extra support.
Have a great week!

Class of 2021 / Senior Events
Recent updates from DESE as well as the positive improvement with State COVID Safety Phase status and vaccination increases create much excitement and hope for a return to normalcy. What that will eventually look like and permit with regard to COVID Safety Requirements and Guidelines is unknown at this time. One can optimistically hope and assume it will allow for positive changes in large group gatherings. With that being said we feel it best to identify specific dates for Senior Events to allow us to begin the process to best plan the details and specifics of these activities. Over the next few weeks the Class Advisor, Class Officers and Administration will be working together to determine next steps in planning and will gather and share information as well as seek out possible support and help as soon as determined. Senior Events · June 1: Senior Awards Night · June 2: Senior “prom” / Senior Celebration · June 3: Senior / Senior Family Picnic · June 4: Graduation |
