I hope this message finds you well and upbeat. Recent federal, state and local school announcements have certainly created much optimism and excitement as to the possibilities with student learning and school activities. Meetings, discussions and information gathering are currently in progress at SHS.
More information will be communicated as we work with the new information and announcements to plan for anticipated Spring events such as Senior Activities, Musical Production and Carnival Ball as well as for a safe and positive return to in person learning for all students starting with Grade 9 on Wednesday, April 28 and Grades 10, 11 and 12 scheduled for Monday, May 3.
I continue to remind and ask our students to maintain their efforts in supporting our safe learning environment with strict adherence to our established COVID safety guidelines. Though there is much positive news and optimism we still have a way to go before we can let up. We are where we are now based on our collective efforts to maintain a safe environment. Keep at it Spartans!
Have a great week.
