Greetings,
I hope that you all had a great weekend and that somewhere over the past four days there were some moments of fun, relaxation, family and friends.
We have completed our first two days of school and all students have attended each of their scheduled classes within our two-day academic rotation. The flow of the day, the location of classes and lunch assignments are known. Now the fun begins.
Norms, routines and expectations are being set and the learning process will increase as we settle into September and our first month of the school year. Athletics and extracurricular clubs will begin in earnest with the start of competition and the first meetings of clubs. Students should begin to establish supportive school behaviors by utilizing their daily FLEX to assist in work completion, academic support and overall academic management.
Here’s to a good week and setting the course for success.
Best,
Mr. Lombardi
