UNABLE TO RESOLVE ANY ALUMNI TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS FOR THE CLASS OF 2023 AND EARLIER 

FROM JUNE 14 THROUGH MID AUGUST

ALL PAST RECORDS ARE CURRENLY SECURED IN MOVING BOXES UNTIL THEY ARE MOVED INTO THE NEW SCHOOLS FILE STORAGE SPACE.

THE MOVE AND TRANSITION TO THE NEW FILE STORAGE ROOM IS EXPECTED AT THE END OF JULY - BEGINNING OF AUGUST.

UNTIL THE TRANSITION TO THE NEW STORAGE SPACE WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS ANY PAST STUDENT FILES.

 

TRANSCRIPT INFORMATION

*FOR PAST GRADUATE ALUMNI: To order a transcript please email the Registrar Mrs. Sharp with your request to tsharp@stonehamschools.org. In your email, please include:

·         Full name at the time of graduation
·         The year of graduation
·         Transcript: Official (with school seal) or Unofficial (no school seal)
·         Where you want it mailed to (Including address) and/or emailed to (Including the email address)
·         Contact phone number (If we have questions.)
Please note: We have four (4) school days to process.

*FOR STUDENTS WHO DIDN’T GRADUATE OR WITHDREW: To order a transcript please email the Registrar Mrs. Sharp with your request to tsharp@stonehamschools.org. In your email, please include:

·         Full name at high school at time of withdrawing
·         The year of when you would have graduated
·         Official (with school seal) or Unofficial (no school seal) transcript
·         Where you want it mailed to (Including address) and/or emailed to (Including the email address)
·         Contact phone number (If we have questions.)

*FOR GETTING DRIVER'S PERMIT OFFICIAL DOCUMENT: Please give us a 2 day notice before needing it.

Students can see their current Guidance Counselor to process. They will email you when ready for pickup.
