PLEASE NOTE: We don't keep copies of diplomas.
TRANSCRIPT INFORMATION
*FOR PAST GRADUATE ALUMNI: To order a transcript please email the Registrar Mrs. Sharp with your request to tsharp@stonehamschools.org. In your email, please include:
· Full name at the time of graduation
· The year of graduation
· Transcript: Official (with school seal) or Unofficial (no school seal)
· Where you want it mailed to (Including address) and/or emailed to (Including the email address)
· Contact phone number (If we have questions.)
Please note: We have four (4) school days to process.
*FOR STUDENTS WHO DIDN’T GRADUATE OR WITHDREW: To order a transcript please email the Registrar Mrs. Sharp with your request to tsharp@stonehamschools.org. In your email, please include:
· Full name at high school at time of withdrawing
· The year of when you would have graduated
· Official (with school seal) or Unofficial (no school seal) transcript
· Where you want it mailed to (Including address) and/or emailed to (Including the email address)
· Contact phone number (If we have questions.)

*FOR ALL CURRENT STUDENTS: Check in with your Guidance Counselor in the Guidance Department. (Go to Guidance webpage for your Counselors information.) Click here to go directly to the Guidance Page.
*FOR GETTING DRIVER'S PERMIT OFFICIAL DOCUMENT: Please give us a 2 day notice before needing it.
Students can see their current Guidance Counselor to process. They will email you when ready for pickup.
